Concession is available and open throughout the night. Purchasing snacks and drinks in our concession supports this theatre, and keeps it viable. We are a small family owned theatre and not supported by any large theatre chain. Thank you for leaving outside food and drinks at home.

Sept long brings cooler temps after sunset: bring warm jackets and blankets for your viewing enjoyment.

Drive In Tips:

1.Rubbing a small amount of hand/dish soap on the inside of your windshield (rubbing it in well and then lightly polishing it) will keep your windows from fogging up.

2. Turning your key backwards, or putting your vehicle in aux mode, to listen to the 88.3 FM sound, will preserve your car battery. (We are available to boost your car at the end of the movie if needed). If you prefer the old style speaker; we only have a limited amount and they are first come first served.

3. Be sure to know how to keep your headlights out in case you need to run your vehicle…check the owners manual or google for help…another option is to bring something to cover your headlights. Thank you for being considerate of fellow patrons as headlights shining on the screen washes the picture out completely.

Great crowd last night, Fr, Aug 28, for our Harry Potter 1 and 2 double feature!

Tonight, Sat, Aug 29, we will end our Harry Potter 25th anniversary celebration with HP Deathly Hallows parts 1 and 2.

Please know how to keep your headlights off if you need to run your car…Google or check your owners manual. If that doesn’t help, then be prepared to have something to cover your headlights. Thank you for doing this: Headlights on the screen washes out the movie picture, and that affects everyone in attendance.

Bring your favourite person out, come with friends, bring your grandparents, bring your co workers…your aunts and uncles…

The rain last night didn’t lesson our crowd, and the forecast is looking clear so far.

Dress for a cool August night, bring blankets, pillows, (your winter jacket will be great for a lawn chair outside under the stars)!

So many ways to enjoy the movie.

Sunset is 8:54 and we will strive to be open by 8:40…or sooner if we see the line up hit the highway. 😉

I often get asked if rain cancels our nights: the answer is “No! We play rain or shine”.

The rain CAN affect the view on the screen and you will need to run your car to use your windshield wipers. Therefore, know how to keep your headlights off as they will adversely affect what everyone can see on the screen: try googling your car and/or check your owner’s manual. As a last resort, bring something to cover up your lights.

On a personal note, I have enjoyed sitting in the vehicle during the rain, and watching the movie past my wipers…to me it was peaceful…but not everyone feels this way.

As to gate opening times…we strive to open 15 min before sunset! Check sunset times the day before you plan to come…or as soon as you plan to come the day of, if you’re out of town! If you’re in town, we are 2-4 min away and if you see the sun is almost set…you should be here!😉
