You've noticed it too. The pace of the world has expressly intensified. This is your reminder to stop.
Enjoy your coffee/tea/water whatever this morning. Really taste it. If the sun is shining in, sit in its warm puddle of light for a minute and recharge. If you notice yourself feeling frantic, stop. Just stop. Close your eyes and breathe.
There is literally nothing in this world that is worth the amount of cortisol you are producing right now.
Anchor.
Pull in the stability you need. Breathe.
Cry. For god sake just let it out. Scream if thats what you need to do. But let it out.

"Sophia" is a beautiful combination of rosewater, rosewood, and vanilla essential oils. ♥️ 💖💗💕 earthy and floral and simply Divine.
This is the 1st of my 3 new scent lines that i have available! Olive oil soaps are known to be the most gentle and given that these are a blend of olive oil and castor oil, they can also double as shampoo bars. Lathering in luscious bubbles and gentle aromas from head to toe never felt so good.
