Patrick Welch, or "Level' was born and raised in Vancouver, British Columbia. When he picked up his first guitar at age 11, he knew he wanted to make music for a living. After moving to Kamloops, British Columbia when he was 20, he grew tired of the music he grew up with and wanted something new. After hearing "Justice" for the first time, he knew he had found a sound that he wanted in on. Inspire
