Coffee in hand, a few quiet moments on my favourite swing, and then a morning call with my virtual assistant and the Pro Q Therapy team.

These conversations are some of the important parts of the day. We brainstorm, solve problems, and continuously look for ways to improve our services so we can provide the best possible experience for both current and future clients.

And then, at 10 a.m., my sessions begin.
