Natural Health and Wellness Seminars with Danna and Kalon Gesellchen
Over the past few weeks, we’ve had the incredible opportunity to connect with communities across northern Alberta through a series of events focused on natural healing, personal preparedness, and practical wellness. We’re so grateful to each of you who showed up, participated, asked questions, and engaged with curiosity and courage.
Here’s a quick look back at our most recent events:
Parasites in Humans: Natural Ways to Eliminate Them
This eye-opening session dove into the often-overlooked topic of parasites in the human body. Attendees learned how to recognize the subtle (and not-so-subtle) symptoms of parasitic overload, and how natural remedies—through herbs, diet, and lifestyle changes—can help detox and restore internal balance. We were inspired by the thoughtful questions and personal stories shared by those in attendance.
Gallstones: How to Naturally Remove Gallstones
This workshop tackled the causes and natural treatments for gallstones, empowering attendees with tools for supporting liver and gallbladder health through diet and non-invasive detox methods. It was a powerful reminder that healing can often start with small, consistent choices. Thank you to everyone who joined us and contributed to such a warm and open environment.
Wilderness Workshop: Survival Skills in Nature
What an amazing afternoon outdoors! From fire-starting without matches to identifying edible and medicinal plants, participants got hands-on experience in critical wilderness skills. We also explored charcoal making, emergency shelter knots, and self-reliance in nature. It was wonderful to see families and individuals of all ages stepping out of their comfort zones and learning together in the wild.

About our special guest presenters for up coming events that are happening on July 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, and 13:
Danna and Kalon Gesellchen run a self-supporting educational ministry in the United States that helps people understand the impact of lifestyle and spiritual choices on their well-being. They offer in-person seminars, online presentations, and individual counseling on a wide range of topics, including: detoxification, natural remedies, health improvement through diet, the toxicity of food additives, the impact of mold on health, parasites in humans and natural ways to eliminate them, survival skills, biblical lifestyle principles and values, and so much more!
Danna holds an Associate of Applied Science degree from Chattahoochee Valley Community College and an Associate Degree in Nursing from the State University of New York. She is also a graduate of the Uchee Pines Institute Lifestyle Counselor program.
Kalon earned an Associate Degree in Business Management from the North Dakota State College of Science in Wahpeton. He later completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Radiologic Technology at the University of Mary in Bismarck, North Dakota.
Many of the topics they teach were first researched and applied out of personal necessity. They tested these methods on themselves in their journey to find relief from suffering. Now, they are passionate about sharing their knowledge to help others improve their quality of life and experience greater happiness.
