So much gratitude to the team at for inviting us to deliver The IMPACT Workshop.

Together, we explored how courage, authenticity and belonging show up in the workplace, and how small shifts in how we listen, lead and support one another can create real cultural change.

When people feel safe to be themselves, amazing things happen. Better conversations, stronger teams, greater productivity.

There were some powerful and emotional moments in the room, so on one of our breaks we had a Minute to Win It game to keep the fun alive, because fun is ALWAYS important!!!

Couldn’t have been a better day and grateful for the group that was actively participating from the first minute to the last second.

From watching the sunrise on the balcony to the most incredible sunsets, every moment was unforgettable. We swam in crystal waters, wandered colourful streets, fell in love with every morsel of food we tried, and somehow discovered a new favorite drink obsession: coffee margaritas. One sip and suddenly we were ordering another round with zero regrets.

And then there were the stray dogs 🥹
Each one captured a little piece of our hearts, and we almost brought home several.

But one of the highlights? One of the most incredible meals we’ve ever had, all thanks to Chef Miguel Ángel Bailón. .chef_bailon 
His passion for fresh, locally inspired dishes and international flavors made our trip taste so much better. 
(If you’re ever in PV, book him, your tastebuds will thank you!)

The last pic is us finding out that it was feeling like -30 Celcius at home, knowing it was our last day in sunshine and warmth lol

Now, I’m sitting back in my office chair, busting out the notepads and ready for some incredible events coming up.

A social media takeover to wish Layne a HAPPY BIRTHDAY.

This year has been unimaginable for Layne. They’ve faced hardships no one should ever have to experience.

And still, through tremendous grief staring them in the face every day, Layne has shown up with that million-dollar smile, taking stages week after week and giving 200% to charities. Because if you know Layne, you know they don’t know how to give anything less. Ever.

As someone said recently, “Extraordinary is Layne’s normal.” And that could not be more true.

Layne, today we wish you the happiest birthday. We’re holding you in our thoughts and in our hearts.
The end-of-year “fundraising season” has wrapped, and although photos can never fully capture it, you knocked every single event out of the park.

On the morning of August 25th, I lost my beautiful daughter Samantha.

My heart is broken and it has been the hardest 48 hours of my life, but I wanted to share with you - my friends - why I may not be responding to messages, or why I may not be active online for the next little while.

Sam leaves behind her best friend and husband, James, and her dear son Jacob. What gives me comfort is knowing she is with her angel baby, Brayden.

Sam’s life was never easy. What would have broken most people only revealed her strength. She was resilient, stubborn in her convictions, and fiercely loving and generous. She met life’s challenges with perseverance and grace, always finding a way forward with a smile. She was a devoted wife, daughter, sister and friend whose presence will be profoundly missed.

A dear friend of mine has set up a Go Fund Me to help her husband James cover these unexpected costs that he now faces. The link is in my bio and I speak for James and the family when I say that any donations would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you to everyone who has shared their kind words of comfort, I need them now more than ever.
