A little piece of Panzeroli history. ❤️
Back in 1990, our parents, Louie and Florence, started Panzeroli with a family recipe, their three kids, and an idea that would eventually take our family to fairs, festivals and events throughout Hamilton, Niagara and beyond.
These old photos mean a lot to us.
They remind us of where we started, the people we’ve met along the way, and all the years our family has spent serving Panzeroli from one generation to the next.
A lot has changed since 1990.
But some things are still made the same way. ❤️
Here’s to the memories we’ve made and all the ones still to come!

So what exactly is a Panzeroli?
Homemade pizza dough filled with mozzarella cheese, tomato sauce and our blend of pizza spices, fried until golden and served with marinara sauce for dipping. 😋🍅
Simple ingredients, made the way our family has been making them since 1990.
If you’ve had one before, you already know.

After being away from Canal Days since 2017, we weren’t quite sure what to expect coming back after all these years.

To say we felt welcomed would be an understatement!

So many of you stopped by the Wagon to tell us how happy you were to see Panzeroli back, share memories with us, and of course, get your Panzeroli fix 😋🍴

Our family spent more than 10 years at Canal Days, so being back brought back a lot of great memories for us too.

A BIG thank you to the Canal Days organizers and all of the volunteers who put so much work into making this event happen. ❤️

And most of all, thank you Port Colborne for remembering us. It was so good to be back!
