We are currently seeking an individual with min 8 - 10 years experience in home renovations and construction for a lead hand / lead carpenter position. The following experience is required but not limited to those without extensive knowledge in all fields. Along with a comprehensive understanding of home construction, and building codes and practices. Wages start at 27-32$ per HR with full time positions and cash options available (subcontract work) with openings starting upon availability.

Experience: (But not limited to)

Drywall installation / mud and tape and repair

Flooring layout and install (tile excluded)

Framing

Trim and mill work install

Tiling installation (not an asset but a plus)

Understanding of home construction and building practices and procedures

Comfortable / Confident with speaking with home owners and inspectors

Confident in reading drawing sets

Detailed orientated ( Must )

Basic electrical knowledge

Can lead a team of guys on his/her own

Proficient with power tools associated with home renovations

Required:

Work boots and safety gear

Reliable vehicle/transportation to and from work sites (Truck Preferred, but not limited to)

Own set of tools (larger tools provided ie: table saw, miter saw, sds drills etc.)
