Just a little paint and your hat can soar! This is a custom that was so fun to do. It' really suited the feather. This one was custom burnt, then painted and distressed for that once worn look.

Using the right paint colours you can blend in any decoupage paper to your piece for a rustic, modern or bold piece. You can do it!!!
