Welcome to the Rosedale Home Group! I am Don Higginbottom, together with my partner Bailey Smith we wanted to create this group to help in our favourite neighborhood by being informative about the market specifically for your area.

I personally was born and raised in Hamilton and fell in love with the neighborhood while growing up playing hockey at Rosedale arena. I now love the game of golf and enjoy the challenge that is King’s Forest. I have friends and family that reside in the area and Rosedale has always felt like home to me.

As a realtor nothing is more important to me than the clients I work for. I look to help in any way possible and look forward to seeing you around Rosedale!
