Ruby was so nervous but she did so well on her first piano exam online! So proud of her!

Being a Mom of two active boys ages 7 & 11, I know how hard it is to get in practicing with all of their many other activities and now with sports season starting, it's even more challenging! But a little practice is better then nothing at all. Sometimes they practice before school but often it's before bed and it's sort of become part of their bedtime routine!

Piano Maestro is a game for the iPad that has a microphone that picks up the sounds you are playing as the notes roll across the screen. It's been a favourite amongst students of all ages! WARNING it's highly addictive! Great warm-up to sight reading, reading under pressure and practicing that pesky left hand!
