At the heart of this conversation is the idea that growth does not happen in isolation. We each carry wisdom through our own lived experience, healing, challenges, and transformation, but when those perspectives come together, something bigger becomes possible. This keynote will help open the door to a day centered on resilience, connection, and possibility, while inviting us to consider what can happen when individual insight becomes collective momentum.

We’re so looking forward to having Kim help set the tone for this year’s Summit and the conversations that will follow.

This has been my go to roller for the last few days… hospitals are such hard places, loud, the lights, not easy at all, lots of discussions and it’s really easy to get overwhelmed.

I’ve taken my love of essential oils and combined them with intentional reiki energy.

And I just love how I’ve created a holistic practise that brings two worlds, one physical and the other metaphysical together in beautiful harmony and balance.

Plants and energy are sacred medicine - they work so well together.

I think what I love most is the feedback I get from my clients. 🙂 it’s such an honour and I am filled with gratitude!

Just so filled with love for this process!

I’m ending my day with my moon journal and it feels fabulous allowing some thoughts to take shape on paper.

How can it not feel good when you get to write with a beautiful quill like this! 🙂

Today I found myself sitting on a bookstore floor looking at all kinds of incredible books.

I’ve been feeling very much like I am getting in my own way!

These three books were right next to each other - the message is pretty clear - I need to get out of my own head and out of my own way.

So that being said. 🙂

I’ve got two physical spaces available to practise out of in Fallriver and Enfield - all I have to do is put this post online and tell my community that I’m now offering one on one in person reiki sessions.

Imagine having a chat figuring out what we are working on, getting comfy and cozy while I smudge, and choose a ritual essential oil blend for my hands and then the beautiful gift of reiki and finishing off with a guided essential oil ritual to ground you back into the here and now.

🙂 I’m excited and ready and have been imaging this for a very long time.
