We had such an inspirational time, diving deeply into the emotion of our songs with Robert JW Ross this weekend, and we had a BLAST while doing it. We really missed our Bass, Adèle, who was busy coaching in Ontario, but so much was achieved with the three of us! Thank you for a wonderful session, Rob!

Thank you to Seaside A Ca****la for a lovely afternoon in Bridgewater! We were thrilled to perform a few songs on your show, and we loved hearing all about your trip to Ireland last fall. What a lovely way to spend Valentine's Day, making great harmonies with friends! 🎶🍀

What a lovely evening last night at the ScotianAires' Winter dinner. Great food, great music, and great company! Synergy was thrilled to be invited to sing, and we loved watching our friends in Tonic and Hot Flash perform too! 🎶💙

HUGE CONGRATULATIONS to our amazing Lead, Jenn on certifying as a new Musicality Judge in Harmony, Inc! Yay! We're so proud of you! 🎶 💕
Sue (Singing) and Adèle (Musicality) also recertified this weekend at Category Training School! What a great weekend of learning and growing together. And, Corinna (a certified Music judge in SAI) joined us yesterday evening when Synergy performed as mic testers in a 'mock contest' and then received evaluations under glass. So much fun! 👏

What a great experience! Thank you to Anne Bureau, Renee Tramack and Sandi Wright for the wonderful evaluations under glass tonight at HI Category Training school! We loved every minute and learned so much!
