“Today is the day it all begins...”

Terry travelled to Outer Cove Beach, collecting two bottles of Atlantic seawater. He planned to keep one as a souvenir and pour the second one in the Pacific Ocean when he arrived home, but the blustery ocean carried one bottle out to sea.

Access to wooded trails in HRM have reopened! While we would have had some fun with the 1K loop, we are stoked to be able to provide you our full course option throughout Point Pleasant Park!

Hey Terry Foxers!

Due to the current restrictions around entering wooded areas, the Halifax event will take place on a repeatable 1.5 k loop along the open section of Point Pleasant Park along the waterfront. Distance options of 1.5K, 3K, 4.5K +++ as many loops as you’d like!

The route will start and end at the lower parking lot, same as in previous years!

Accessibility: Wheelchairs, Dogs on Leash (no bikes please).
