We are grateful for all the families for staying patient while we were exploring options for transportation.

After carefully exploring a variety of transportation options, we have made the difficult decision that Grande Prairie Technical Institute will not be offering student transportation for the 2026-27 school year.

The decision was not made lightly. After a thorough review, we determined that providing transportation is not financially feasible at this time for either the school or the families we serve.

We understand this may be disappointing, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We are committed to reviewing transportation options again prior to the start of the 2027–28 school year and will share any updates if circumstances change.
