I love getting cards and they can be so beautiful, I want to save them. Now you can and bring them out every year to enjoy again and again.

I have always loved paper. The feel, the look, the experience of seeing something I created on a piece of paper. So I became a graphic designer. I started getting interested in pop ups when I began teaching Production at George Brown. One project asks the students to incorporate a pop up in a small book. Some of you may remember the tree from last year. This year I created a new one with some different paper. I probably won't do many as the sparkles on the paper are a real pain to deal with.

Snowball card 08/22/2017

Looking for input as to whether this makes sense to people. The card comes in an envelope flat, and pivots in the middle to create a snowball. When it's open there is no visible message, but if you remove it to put on your tree, the giver's name will stay with the ornament for years to come.
