As March Break Camp concludes, it's clear that the fusion of commitment and creativity has crafted an extraordinary journey, yielding profoundly satisfying outcomes. I'm grateful to have played a part in this endeavor and am excited to continue growing with each new chapter. This group truly shone, embodying the spirit of the 'fire horse' theme and the renewal of spring. Through activities like nurturing young trees, exploring the world from new heights, and creating vibrant seed bombs for wildlife, the children connected deeply with nature. The Spring Equinox celebration, marked by an energetic drum circle, was especially memorable, with newcomers radiating enthusiasm for Summer Camp. As the March Break camp year winds down, I look forward to nurturing my own relationships and embracing the promise of what's to come.

Today was Day 3 of our March Break camp, where the focus was on our feathered friends, and what a day it was! The excitement was palpable as we hung a cabbage piñata for our chicken friends, followed by a creative session where the children crafted their own bird nests. It's heartening to see our young campers demonstrating resilience, yet it also reminds us that fostering a growth mindset is crucial - every creation is a masterpiece in the making. Kudos to this wonderful group, who showcase the true spirit of teamwork and camaraderie, supporting each other every step of the way and forming lasting bonds - a camp leader's dream to witness!

What a fantastic start to March Break Camp with an incredible team embracing the 'Fire Horse' theme - the kids were especially thrilled to explore the magic of seed germination, and though a toy frog took an unexpected flight on our windy walk, it's clear Spring's arrival can't come soon enough.

Yeh! We were successful in acquiring a quick short term grant to expand our “minis club” program at I CAN-T.E.R. I am so excited to be able to purchase 4 different ponies as experiential models for our enthusiastic youth to learn from. Love these things!

When your OCD provides benefits to getting work done around the house before the snow. Raking while finding little Ruby nuggets was a challenge though

It only took 15 minutes to empty and load the car of wood. Was a fun taslknut not looking forward to unloading the car

The ponies are having a little snack before Mini Club starts today. These plush pony toys bring so much joy to the kids that use them

Looking forward to reading this book. One more resource that solidifies my mission to teach children the importance of being in nature
