Aleena is an emerging artist in the electronic music scene, known for her deep, melodic, and emotionally driven sound.

Since beginning her DJ journey in 2023, she has found her most authentic self behind the decks, blending grooves of house with the futuristic heartbeat of techno to create immersive, fluid sets that tell a story.

In 2025, Aleena made her festival debut at The Womp in Evansburg, AB and Screamin in Edmonton, AB, connecting with new audiences and showcasing her evolving sound. She has also shared the stage with international acts including Qrion, Spencer Brown, and Menü and FOVOS, marking her growing presence within the progressive and techno community.

As a producer, Aleena has been working on sounds that reflect her love for techno—balancing energy and emotion while building soundscapes and driving rhythms that pull listeners inward. Her sound reflects her deep connection to techno: dark, powerful, and emotional.

Aleena embodies quiet strength and radiant energy. Whether on stage or in the studio, her mission is to create meaningful experiences that connect people through sound.

Artist Feature:

Y E L R I H S is an Asian Canadian techno producer, DJ mentor and live electronic performer based in Edmonton, Alberta. A classically trained pianist and former drummer, she merges music theory with modern production to craft groove-driven, uplifting dancefloor experiences - integrating live looping and hybrid instrumentation to deliver expressive, performance-forward electronic sets.

Driven by kindness and community, her accomplishments include #1 on Beatport with her track Robots Love to Dance (Dubtrxx Label), being featured on Blond:ish's Abracadabra TV, supporting global artists including Dillon Francis, Eli & Fur, Genix, Sam Divine, Morgan Page and many more. She is a 2024 Femme House Fellow, 2025 TD Music Artist in Residence at MacEwan University and was proudly named an Icon of 2025 by CJSR 88.5 FM for being a leader in the Edmonton Music scene who are building a healthy community within it.

At the heart of her performances is a deep mindfulness of the groove and an unwavering belief that the night is about the experience - taking audiences on a carefully crafted journey of tension, release and connection that moves both body and soul.
