A Little Reminder About Appointments ❤️

I want to take a moment to say something—not to be difficult or make anyone feel bad, but because I truly value each and every one of my customers.

When you book an appointment with me, I set that time aside just for you. I plan my day around my appointments, and that time is just as valuable to me as your time is to you.

When an appointment is missed without notice, or when I’m told that someone will be 30 minutes to an hour late, it can have a big impact on my day and on other customers who may have been hoping for that time.

I completely understand that life happens. Emergencies, unexpected situations and things beyond our control come up. ❤️ I’m always happy to work with you when I can.

What I’m asking is simply this: please respect the appointment time you’ve booked. If you know you’re not going to be able to make it, please give me as much notice as possible. And if you’re going to be significantly late, please understand that I may not be able to accommodate the appointment.

I love what I do, and I’m so grateful for every person who supports my small business. ❤️ But behind every small business is a person, and my time matters too.

So Harley makes this incredible pair of riding leggings with padding in the hips and knees, extremely comfortable BUT then they put this huge zipper in the bottom that digs into your ankle bone inside your boots.. these are stretch, you don’t need a zipper except to put your socks on… anyway… zippers are gone now and I sewed them closed… way better!!!

Some patches I sewed onto crash bar bags tonight. And removed the elastic from the back of a pair of chaps and replaced with leather
