Myself and Koda would like to wish all of you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
May Santa bring you lots of race car parts under your tree (or garage).
All the best to you and your families in 2026.
Hope to see you and many new faces out at the track this up coming season.
On a side note, please remember that on Jan 31st, we will be out at the Speedway Market.

The 2026 racing schedule has been posted by Rad Torque.
Here is a breakdown of our racing days.
May 2/3. Test n Tune
May 9/10. Race #1
May 16/17. Race #2
May 23/24. Race #3
May 30/31. Race #4
June 20/21. Race #5
July 18/19. Race #6
Aug 8/9. Race #7
Aug 29/30. Race #8
Sept 5/6. Race #9
Sept 12/13. Race #10.
It has not been released yet as to which weekends are points races and which are non points races.
That info will hopefully be posted soon.

On another note. We will be out at the Speedway Market on Jan31,2026 out at the Heritage Pavilion in Stony Plain

Hello Sportsman YEG followers and racers
In November, I will be having a group meeting with Glen (track owner)
Future meetings to happen roughly every 6-8 weeks.
These meetings will cover track updates from him, future class changes if anything, what's coming new into 2026 and then info / feedback from us class representatives.
What I am asking from all of you is to give me suggestions of what you would like to see possibly happen next season.
What was positive and what was negative about this past year.
Any track improvements that may benefit all racers.

The Sportsman Big Cash Event that was originally scheduled for July 19th out at Area 53 Raceway in Forestburg, has now been moved to August 16th.
Mother Nature performed a rain dance throughout the whole day and no racing happened.
So mark it on your calendars, set a reminder in your phone and plan a trip out onto the highway!
