Our 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training is more than a certification. It is a journey into the heart of yoga. A space to grow, to question, to connect, and to come home to yourself.
You will explore asana, breathwork, meditation, anatomy, philosophy, and teaching skills in a way that builds both confidence and connection.
This training is supportive, trauma-informed, and designed to meet you exactly where you are.
This training is for anyone with an interest in learning more about yoga and themselves. It is not only for those who want to teach, but for those who feel called to deepen their understanding of yoga as a system and an ancient practice.
You do not need to be advanced. You only need to be willing.
This training may be for you if:
• You feel called to teach yoga
• You want to deepen your practice beyond the poses
• You are curious about yoga as a philosophy and way of life
• You are craving connection and community
• You are ready for personal growth and self-inquiry
• You want to build confidence in your voice and presence
• You want to learn how to support a variety of bodies and experiences

Hello Facebook Friends!
I have had a number of people reaching out after hearing my news over the weekend. So I thought I would address it here:
It is true that I am no longer teaching the Saturday morning Beginners and Chair yoga at Above Average Wellness. I will still be subbing at the studio when needed and when it works with my schedule. I am so grateful to Trista Davis for welcoming me into her studio to teach and share my passion. I am sure there will be more opportunities for pop-up classes and workshops in the future.
If you would like to attend one of my public classes you have some options:
TUESDAYS FROM 10:45AM - 11:45AM - STRETCH AND TONE YOGA at the Mill Woods Seniors Association.
-> You do have to be 45+ to attend.

Only 2 days left to register for this women only event that could possible shift your perspective on women’s health and wellness.
Join myself and my two best friends as we guide you through gentle movement, offer some important information, feed you, let you be creative, move you a bit more, offer some time for reflection and let you soak in the sounds of a crystal bowl soundbath.
We have very limited spots but will do our best to accommodate everyone.

Yogi and I are excited to be hosting the October Monthly Sound Bath Meditation this Tuesday, Oct 28 at the Burnewood Community League.
All are welcome. Bring a friend or two.
We will be exploring the themes of Descent and Inner Wisdom.
Pay what you can and no one will be turned away.
Bring a mat or something to sit on (Chairs are available if needed) and perhaps some other items to get you super comfortable and cozy. (Think blanket to cover up with, a pillow, and anything else you may need. )
