2) I am from Manitoba and have a Masters in Sports Biomechanics from the University of Manitoba
3) and are key components I work with skaters on
4) Its important to remember that sometimes change in speed is more important than top end speed

With today being Pink Shirt Day I think it's important to recognize that as coaches we have the opportunity to be part of the solution and not part of the problem! Crazy coincidence to be starting a chapter tonight titled "Bullying, Hazing and Abuse" in the book Game Misconduct which discusses the prevalance of bullying in the hockey world and what we can do as part of the hockey family to help bring an end to it!
