I’ve always let life unfold. But sometimes life unfolds in ways that ask you to be braver than you thought you’d need to be. New season. Still trusting it. Staying hopeful. Moving slowly but intentionally.🌷

This spring has been a lot quieter than the last little while, and honestly I’m grateful for it. I’ve been hunkering down, drinking too much coffee (and maybe a little wine) and spending long days writing songs with Brennan.

No big announcements yet, no shiny things to post about… just the slow, sometimes messy work of being open to receive—music, melodies, words—and seeing what (or who) wants to come out. It’s my favourite part, even when it’s a little chaotic.

So that’s what this season looks like over here: springtime, piles of notebooks, a steady diet of good music, and a whole lot of songwriting. ❤️
