Well after much procrastination, new lights were bought and tonight Cruz was model to test them out.
Decided this year, we are in our simple photography phase. Simple background, simple lights, one focus.
This year the year of simple.

Someone thinks he is hot stuff and you should come get a kiss!!!

We did our training tonight homesalivepets, working with not getting excited to see other dogs.

Saw this and of course had to get a picture!!

We have started classes! Cruz has been to lots of places by himself and does amazing. We learned Saturday we need to start going out with other dogs or where other dogs are. Someone is very excited to see other dogs and gets himself overstimulated and then our ears and brain don't work very well.
But he did do the people mover without hesitation, up escalator with not a second thought, worked on his paws up, loose leash walk, and chill. (Chill was very challenging)
He is a smart boy, and will do amazing, just a few little hiccups along the way.
Working for 3 hours is exhausting!

I am such a lucky girl to have such amazing friends to help with training and socializing the service dogs I raise. This picture shows the love they show. Utah and Silver are trained as service dogs, tho not working as them (they chose pet life!), but are amazing at showing the puppies manners and skills. Sam and Jupiter are both service dogs in training, and show little Cruz what he is going to become.
We have an amazing group that I call my lab crew friends and all because of the service dog industry and the amazing raisers that dedicate their time and love to these dogs.

Well thats a wrap on another year of Santa Photos!!! Thanks for everyone who came out and said hi to Santa and his crew this year. Cruz will be working hard all week to get everyones photos done and out to everyone!

These boys are so very handsome!

Jupiter is a service dog in training with , and Silver is his foster brother when he was in puppy training. They still love to see each other!

Moments like this help me forget the terrorist moments of puppy raising. He was sure excited to see Santa!
