New beer: 🏳️🌈 Out & About 🏳️⚧️ - Hazy IPA, 5.3%.
Our year 3 pride brew is here, and it’s all about taking up space and being exactly who you are. Brewed with Luminosa and Idaho 7 for bright stone fruit and citrus, with a soft, juicy finish that keeps you coming back.
We’re a couple weeks into pride month, but pride doesn’t run on a schedule. There’s still plenty of season left to celebrate!
Every pour gives back. Proceeds from Out & About go to CHEW Project YEG , supporting 2SLGBTQ+ youth right here in Edmonton.
Pouring now in the taproom and available in cans.

New beer: Dream Work - Vermont Blonde, 5.8%.
Every team member at Ale Architect had a hand in this one. Dry-hopped with Dulcita, the team’s clear favourite, for notes of peach, apricot, and tropical fruit. Soft and pillowy, with a bright, fruit-forward finish.
The can artwork tells the same story. A pattern of individual dots that when viewed from a distance form a whole. Just like the team here.
Pouring now in the taproom and ready to go in cans.

One beer. One tap. Three completely different pours.
That’s a Lukr side pull at work. The side lever runs the beer through a small screen, so the foam isn’t an accident, it’s the whole technique. Same Seventy Six Euro-pils every time, poured three ways. Here’s the lineup, left to right.
Mlíko. Almost all foam, poured fast through the screen until the glass is full of dense, milky head. It’s sweet, soft, low on bitterness, and it drinks like liquid bread. Meant to go down quick while it’s fresh. Try one even if you think you won’t like it.
Šnyt. The in-between pour. A proper beer with an oversized collar of foam on top, maybe a third of the glass. You get the aroma trapped under all that foam and a rounder, softer version of the pils. The pour Czechs reach for when they want a taste without committing to a full half-litre.
Hladinka. The classic. Smooth beer, three fingers of tight creamy foam, balanced and bright the way Seventy Six is meant to taste. The foam carries the malt and noble hop aroma right to your nose with every sip.
The foam is doing real work here. The beer gets poured underneath it, so it sits sealed off from oxygen and stays fresh right up until you drink it. It also softens every mouthful and holds the aroma in. It’s not the thing on top of the beer. It’s part of the beer.
Come taste all three side by side. Seventy Six, our Euro-pils, poured the way it was meant to be.

The sun’s out, the patio’s open, and Zest Richie was made for exactly this kind of afternoon. We’ve been saving this one for a day just like today.

This Sunday for May Not Long Enough Weekend, we’re pouring something extra special on the beer engine:
Django Spiced White Beer w/ Pineapple
Our classic Django White Beer underwent a secondary fermentation on pineapple before spending the last week naturally conditioning in cask. The result is bright, soft, lightly tropical, and ridiculously crushable on a long weekend afternoon.
And yes — it’ll be pouring through the beer engine all day Sunday only.
There’s a ton happening up and down Happy Beer Street this weekend, so make a day of it. Casks, collabs, and more from all the neighbours.
Sunday pours start at 11:30am. See you at the bar.
