Summer was very busy, fall and winter did not slow down much. One of these days I will gather up all fantastic projects we completed and post an update… one of these days…
Right now we are building a custom, Shaker style door. It’s only 22x70 and cutting down a store-bought slab just won’t do.
Inside those claps are the rails and stiles of the door, gang-clamped because I don’t have enough clamps!!!
Never enough clamps.

Another busy Saturday - the show must go on. Beam is in, joist are set, blocking in place. Most of the hardware (tension ties in and out, joist hangers, hurricane ties, etc.) has been fastened… plywood deck left to do and then we can call our friends to lay the vinyl.

Saturdays are busy days at LamaWorks. Rim joist replacement, waterproofing, post setting, ledger board, 3-ply beam and hangers… it is all in a day’s work for us. Small details executed painstakingly so that large details can take care of themselves.
