How do you keep fit??
Let's talk about finding your fitness ๐
Having an active lifestyle doesn't look and feel the same for everyone.
Some people love to run, some lift weights, some love to box or push themselves in a hot yoga class. Others might prefer 1 to 1 training, some enjoy group classes, and some may join all the social sport teams in their city.

๐จ Small eating habits can help with weight loss
๐Yes, moving and exercise is important
BUT
It is not the only element to weight lossโ๏ธ
Our eating habits are HUGE for weight loss, and it's not just about cutting calories๐คฏ
Distracted eating is a thing and studies have shown that people will consume more food during a meal when their mind is distracted.
Stay mindful while you eat ๐งโโ๏ธ
Start this new healthy habit by simply turning off the TV and putting away your electronics while you eat.

Start slow... and don't be too hard on yourself
We may not always be on the ball when it comes to our nutrition, so don't do it all at once.
๐ Gradually make those small changes in your daily habits
Small Steps = Consistent Change ๐ฏ
๐ก๐ก๐กIdeas:
๐Focus on reaching your daily water intake.
๐Consume a protein with every meal you make.
๐Cook at home 5 out of the 7 nights a week.
๐Decrease your sweets consumption by a specific amount, and continue to decrease it weekly.
๐Switch out your canola and vegetable oils and use olive and avocado oil instead.
