Here is the press release with the announcement of Erickson Coaching International winning the 2024 International Coaching Federation (ICF) Coaching Impact Award. I took my coach training through Erickson Coaching International and am a facilitator of The Art & Science of Coaching as well as mentor coach. I remember coming out of my training saying 'if everyone in the world could learn to communicate in this way, the world would be such a different place' with the solutions focused approach and so much more.

Celebrating! I am one of the facilitators of The Art & Science of Coaching at Erickson Coaching International which has been announced as the winner of the 2024 International Coach Federation (ICF) Impact Awards as the Distinguished Coaching Education Provider of the year.
Another coach training completed on Tuesday that I facilitated. I logged in today to see a message from one of the learners. A testament to the kind of impact that inspires my facilitation:
