You can’t help but notice when the lovely lady Raya steps in the ring ♥️ She put in a lovely, flashy dressage test and a steady jump round, adding one rail to our score.

Unfortunately after some consternation in the trailer, she had a swollen eyebrow and we withdrew from cross country. Although it’s disappointing not to finish her first Event, Raya is already quickly healing and will be back for redemption.

You never know when inspiration make hit 🦄

Lovely Raya at the Gerald Bloomer clinic 🪩

This is my second time EVER riding Oscar without a bridle.

I always thought that people were specifically training their horses to be ridden bridle-less but, as it turns out, years of classical dressage training gives you a pretty solid base.

It’s far from perfect or polished but how cool is it to find out your horse just does that?!
