Never even got to meet the customer for this basement bathroom. They had an issue with an improperly waterproofed tile shower in their rental property. It caused significant damage to the bathroom and hallway outside of it. We communicated back and forth with them in the Okanagan, coordinated everything with their tenants, and got everything fixed up. It sure isn’t going to leak this time!
