Kyle will be making his Super Late Model debut at Tucson Speedway for the Turkey Shoot 125 Nov. 29th-30th in Wade Family Racing’s new Super Late Model.

The car will look a little different from this photo of the car on track prior to the team purchasing it, but will be ready to hit the track in Arizona.

The 98 is tucked away and ready for 200 laps in the heat of the day tomorrow. Kyle timed in sixth quick with a 15.702.

Up next, we would like to introduce you to the driver of the #98 late model, Kyle Wade.

Kyle comes from a very well known family of race car drivers, so Kyle naturally getting behind the wheel to drive one himself was inevitable. Following in the footsteps steps of his grandpa's, great uncle's, dad (Lance) and Uncle (Ryan), he had some pretty big shoes to fill and he is doing a fine job. Kyle has now become the mentor to his younger cousins who compete in the stock car class, Nicholas and Brodie and we are sure one day his nephew Jace!

Kyle got his start in racing when he drove a go-kart from the age of 10-13 in 2007-2010. He then would take a break from racing to persue other things, incuding his studies and hockey out of town. Upon his return the seat was empty in the 95 stock car that his uncle Ryan use to drive, so the need for speed began again. 2021 would see Kyle compete in his first season of the stock cars where he would win Rookie Of The Year.

Fast forward to 2024 and once again there was an empty seat in a late model that his dad Lance once drove. Well with no doubt and a whole lot of heart and determination, Kyle would jump right in and be very competitive from the start.

Kyle would finish 2nd in points in his first year behind the wheel of the Malahat Auto Parts, Brian McLean Chevrolet, Bryce Hansen Team Realty Corporatikn, Limitless Lifestyle Apparel, Flesh Auto Electric hot rod.

He would also be crowned our 2024 LD BC Late Model Rookie Of The Year to go along with his 2024 Best Appearing Car award, voted on by his fellow competitors.

Yet to capture his first LDI BC Late Model win at Saratoga Speedway, do not count him out on Sunday as this driver is always running up front when the checked flag flies.

This weekend the Wade Family Racing 98 returns to the track for the first time since July for the Reg Midgley Canada 200 at Saratoga Speedway with the LD Industries BC Late Models

Last year Kyle made his Canada 200 debut, with the team having to pull off a motor swap in between the final practice session an the race. Kyle was able to run a consistent race and finished third in his first ever 200.

Make sure to come out this Saturday and Sunday to Saratoga Speedway for both days of action for the 47th Canada 200.
