We would like to inform you of an upcoming adjustment to our pricing, effective May 1, 2026.



Our updated pricing will be:

30 minutes – $80

45 minutes – $100

60 minutes – $125

90 minutes – $175

120 minutes - $250

This adjustment helps us keep pace with standard rates in our area while continuing to offer the high level of care, time, and attention you deserve. We acknowledge that any increase can feel challenging, and we want you to know how much we truly appreciate your continued support and trust in our clinic.



Please note that all prices continue to include Harmonized Sales Tax (HST). There will be no change to the additional $10 fee for hot stone and cupping treatments.

Cupping Therapy induces negative pressure, rather than forced tissue compression.

This decompressive action leads to superior bodywork ranging from fascia mobilization and deep tissue work to negative pressure lymphatic drainage and it’s easily accomplished with far less time and discomfort to both patient and practitioner.

The suction inside the cup rapidly facilitates rigid soft tissue release by stretching it away from underlying structures, thus loosening areas of adhesions and restrictions, all while breaking up and draining stagnation and increasing blood and lymph flow to skin and muscles in ways not possible using compression.

The stretching and decompaction of the tissue is rapid and absolutely remarkable on releasing hypertonicity and decreasing aching muscles.
