The pandemic is impacting everyone differently and we are all faced with our own adversities. However you are not alone if it has had a negative impact on your mental health. The IPSOS study I have attached below shows that 55% of us have been negatively impacted during this time. Everyone’s path looks a bit different but reminding ourselves that we are all trying our best in these times will help spread compassion.
