Shipping is Starting Now!

After an intense effort, we have officially started shipping to all our backers worldwide from our warehouse in the United States. We will upload the tracking numbers to Indiegogo one by one, and you will automatically receive a notification from the IGG system. If there is any problem with the mailing address of individual backers, we will contact you individually by email, please reply with the correct mailing address as soon as possible.

Within 7 days after receiving the package, you can apply for unconditional refund, after 7 days, we will officially enter into the warranty phase, which lasts for one year, and we will provide technical support for you remotely.

Production And Testing Are Fully Completed

After tireless efforts and overcoming many difficulties, we are proud to officially announce that we have completed the production of all IGG orders and the units have all been rolled out and tested one by one. We will start to ship very soon. All backers please verify your shipping address information again ASAP for the last time (must be filled in English), and if there are any changes, please log in to your Indiegogo account to modify your order information by yourself.
