Telos Wellness

Telos Wellness is a consulting, coaching and teaching company that assists people with relationships, mental wellness, depression, divorce, weight-loss, and personal issues. This lead me to an extraordinary journey on a small island in NE Thailand. There I met my first teacher who instructed me on Reiki and shared spiritual ideas that I had never before encountered. I am now 50–still learning and gathering information, enjoying every course, every teacher and every new friend I meet along the way. I feel blessed to have been given the parents and environment I did to foster such a rich path of awakening. I am here to share my own gifts and healing routes for mental well being, navigating as a single woman, desiring love, and loving my daughter ... all from the wisdom and perspecitve that I have gained. This is my contribution to this planet.
