It was a big, bold, beautiful moon last night..
I am feeling the shifts, the energies and the opportunity...
. I am personally going through some immense heartache as we prepare to say goodbye to my best friend and amazing furry companion of over 12 years. I love the message about "not doing anything, accomplish anything, or create anything to be loved. This is the time to begin developing love for yourself, without conditions, for merely existing.". How special is that?!

I am holding this beautiful full moon message, the love and the amazing lessons and adventures I have experienced in my life.

I took a pause ... How is it the 21st already?! .. welllll it is a lucky number for me, so let's goooo. Sometimes these things are intentional and sometimes they creep up on you... For me, it just happened. And I am proud to say that I was practicing the art of the pause. ✨ I took some time away since the holidays to rest, recalibrate, and.. to find my own "light" again. As the human / heart behind Life Ju**ie, I realized I couldn’t share mindfulness with you if I wasn't making space for it myself. 💖 I’m back! I am excited to share more healing, more scents, and more life lessons with this beautiful community.
