let me help you calm the chaos so you know where your money is going đŸ«¶

honestly, most business owners don’t need to “try harder” with their finances. they need help organizing the mess and clearing the unknown. that’s the goal when you work with me đŸ€

I have a genuine love for the health and fitness space and a real appreciation for what you do. I understand your world, which means I get the back-end of it too. The books that have fallen behind, the systems that don’t quite make sense, the finances you’re not totally sure about. That part probably isn’t why you got into this, and it doesn’t have to stay that way.

Whether you’re starting from scratch or cleaning up what already exists, I can help you get your books accurate, your systems running, and your time back so you can focus on your clients and the work you love.

You don’t need to have anything figured out before reaching out. Book a free 30-minute discovery call through the link in my bio, and we’ll figure it out together. 💜

The back-end stuff has to get done. But it doesn’t have to be done by you.

Bookkeeping, admin, systems... it’s essential, but it’s not making you any money, and the time you’re spending on it? That’s time you could be spending on actual clients.

When you hand that off to me, you free up enough time to take on more clients every month. That’s more money in your pocket and it more than covers working with me. Plus you actually know what’s going on in your business financially which makes growing it a whole lot easier.

I handle the back-end so you can get back to the work you actually love. đŸ€

DM me if that sounds like something you need.

Your bank feed shows that money was spent, but it doesn’t prove what you bought. This is one of the biggest gaps I see when business owners are trying to protect their profit.

The CRA needs documentation to support business expenses. A bank statement may show a total at Costco, but it doesn’t show whether you purchased printer ink or groceries. Without an itemized receipt, that deduction could be at risk.

A solid receipt system helps because:
đŸ›Ąïž It protects you: You have support for the expenses you claim.
💰 It saves you money: Your accountant isn’t spending extra time chasing missing information at year-end.
📊 It gives us better data: I can code your books properly so you know where your money is going.

I want you to have the information you need to make smart decisions, maximize cost savings, and stay prepared.

Building a business has taken over most of my evenings and weekends lately, and somewhere along the way the gym became the first thing I dropped to make room for it, and boy have I felt it. Not just physically but mentally in my patience, my focus, my energy for the people and work I care about.

Moving my body, seeing my friends, having time that has nothing to do with work- that’s not separate from being a good business owner. That IS what makes me a good business owner and helps me show up better for my clients and the people around me.

So I’m making it non-negotiable again. Even when the to-do list says otherwise. đŸ‹đŸ»â€â™€ïž

Can we talk about the boring stuff for a sec, because that’s usually where the real damage happens.

Invoices nobody followed up on. Books that haven’t been touched in months. Numbers you keep saying you’ll look at later. Yeah, that’s the expensive stuff.

“You’re a lifesaver!”

As a bookkeeper, this is exactly what I want every client to feel when we start working together. To know they have someone genuinely in their corner who wants their business to succeed. I know what I’m good at and I know what you’re good at, and when we each focus on that, the worry lessens and you get your time back to pour into your clients and your life outside of work.

If that’s what you’re looking for, let’s talk. DM me or book a consultation through the link in my bio. 🧡

We’re past the halfway point of the year, which means it’s time to take ourselves on a money date. đŸ—“ïžâ˜•

I know this sounds like the worst date idea, but hear me out.

Block an hour, get your drink of choice, pick your favourite spot, no distractions and sit down with your numbers. Not to judge but to look clearly.

Then ask yourself these 3 questions:

✅ What actually happened with my money in the first half of the year? Where did it go, and how do I feel about it?

✅ What’s one thing that’s working that I want to keep doing?

✅ What’s one thing I’ve been avoiding? What small step can I take to address it?

You don’t need to make a spreadsheet, and we aren’t going to shame ourselves.

The whole point is to trade the anxiety most of us carry about money for awareness.

You can’t make a confident decision about something you won’t look at. Then once we have awareness, that’s where good financial decisions start. ✹

This is me holding you accountable. Even half an hour counts.

👇 Drop a ☕ below if you’re going to take yourself on a money date this week because I’d love to know!

It is easy to ignore the small numbers when you’re busy, but they add up fast.

A $20 subscription or a missed invoice doesn’t feel like a big deal in the moment. But over a year, that’s money staying in someone else’s pocket instead of your business.

You work too hard for money to be slipping through the cracks.

Scroll through your bank statement tonight. You might be surprised by what you find.

The goal is to stop the leaks so you can keep what you’ve earned.
