You help everyone else. Let me help you. ☕️
Because running a business shouldn't feel this overwhelming. Bookkeeping & operational support.

Creating clarity together ✨

I’ve always been incredibly organized, timely, and a total numbers girl. I know that’s not a strength for everyone, and that’s okay.

So many business owners are amazing at what they do, but they’re losing their days, evenings, and weekends to admin, bookkeeping, and all the back-end stuff that keeps a business running. It takes time away from their clients and, more importantly, from the people they love.

That’s why I started Reset & Rise.

I want to help business owners save time, save money, stay organized, and create systems that help their businesses run more efficiently. Because when the back-end is taken care of, you can focus on growing your business and enjoying your life.

One of the biggest reasons business owners wait too long to hire help is simple: Shame.

They feel like they “should” be able to handle their own numbers. They feel embarrassed that their receipts are in a digital (or physical) pile. They worry that a bookkeeper will look at their mess and see failure.

I promise you: I’ve seen it all, and I’m not here to judge.
I’m here to help you breathe again.

Being behind is just a temporary state of data—it isn’t a reflection of your potential or your worth as an entrepreneur.

Let the cleanup be the last time you ever have to worry about “catching up.”

If you’ve been avoiding your numbers because you’re “behind,” send me a DM. No judgment, just a plan to get you clear.

Ever feel behind and not know how to catch up?

Maybe you’re spending more than you’re making and aren’t sure how to right the ship. That’s where clean books and accurate financials make all the difference.

When your numbers are organized, you get a clear picture of where your business stands today. From there, we can create a plan to get you back on track and moving toward profitability.

This is the work I love doing. Helping business owners gain clarity, make informed decisions, and stop feeling overwhelmed by their finances.

I don’t want to see you giving away your hard-earned money to banks, the government, or anyone else unnecessarily. You work too hard for it.

Let’s make sure your business is operating as efficiently as possible so you can keep more of what you earn and use it to build the future you want.

I see a lot of business owners caught in the “busy” trap.

They’re doing the work, serving the clients, and putting in the hours—but at the end of the month, the math isn’t quite adding up the way they expected it to.

The problem usually isn’t their work ethic. It’s visibility.

When the back-end of a business is messy, it’s almost impossible to tell the difference between healthy growth and expensive busy-work. You can have a record-breaking revenue month and still feel like you’re barely staying ahead of your expenses.

Profitability requires more than just high sales. It requires a system that tracks the truth of where your money and time are going.

Getting organized isn’t just about “clean books.” It’s about being able to look at your business and know exactly what is working, so you can stop chasing the busy and start chasing the progress.

When people ask what I do, the answer is usually longer than a single job title.

Some days it looks like bookkeeping.

Some days it looks like cleaning up systems, building processes, or helping someone finally get visibility into their numbers.

Other days it’s stepping in and handling operational tasks that have been sitting on a business owner’s mental to-do list for far too long.

What ties it all together is the goal.

Helping business owners create more clarity in the financial and operational side of their business so things feel less overwhelming and more manageable.

You don’t need to have everything organized before reaching out.

Whether you’re starting from scratch or cleaning up what’s already there, there’s always a place to start.

Sunday mornings always make me think about the week behind us.

Running a business is a lot, and I know I’m not the only one who feels like all week long someone needs something. Emails, messages, deadlines, decisions. We get so used to being available all the time.

This is my kind of reset. Getting outside, clearing my head, taking a breath, and being present for a minute before a new week starts.

I’ve learned that if I want time like this, I have to make room for it. I put it on the calendar first and let work fit around it. I can do that because I plan for it and get help when I need it.

If you’ve been carrying a lot lately, I hope you’re finding a little time to breathe today too. You deserve that.🤍

One thing I’ve noticed over the years is how quickly business owners turn their frustrations inward.

The books are behind.

The receipts are piling up.

The admin keeps getting pushed to tomorrow.

And before long, the assumption becomes that they’re disorganized, undisciplined, or just not very good at this part of running a business.

But most of the time, that’s not what I’m seeing.

More often, I’m seeing good people trying to manage a lot without the systems and structure to support them.

When there isn’t a clear process to follow, even simple things can start to feel overwhelming.

That’s one of the reasons I care so much about this work.

Not because I think everyone needs to become a numbers person or an operations expert, but because I’ve seen what happens when the right systems are in place.

Things feel lighter.

Decisions get easier.

And that constant feeling of being behind starts to fade.

You don’t have to be naturally organized to create a business that runs well. You just need the right support and structure behind it.

That moment when you check your business account and feel relieved... until tax season hits, and suddenly you don’t..

I see it all the time, business owners who are doing everything right. They have separate accounts; they’re tracking income and staying organized, but they still get caught off guard when it’s time to pay taxes.

The missing piece? A dedicated home for your tax money.

When tax dollars sit in your operating account, they blend in. They start to feel like money you can spend. And before you know it, you’re accidentally using them as part of your paycheck because the bill hasn’t arrived yet.

What we need to do is move that tax money into a separate interest-earning savings account the moment it comes in.

Suddenly, your operating account tells the truth. You know exactly what you can actually afford to spend, invest, or pay yourself.

It’s one of the simplest changes that creates the most clarity.

Save this if you need the reminder. Share it with a fellow business owner who might need to hear it. And if this resonated, feel free to reach out—I’d love to help you.

This has been building for a while.

I’ve spent a lot of time sharing habits and discipline, but I kept getting pulled back to the work I’ve done for years in finance and operations.

If you’re a business owner and this feels familiar, I see it all the time.

You don’t have to figure everything out on your own before you get support.

And if someone comes to mind who could use help on the back-end of their business, feel free to send this to them.
