Last year I flew to Vancouver, but everyone kept telling me “you have to do it by road to really experience it”

They said the mountains, lakes, and views are something you just can’t feel from the sky.

So I finally did it…Calgary to Vancouver by road. It’s a long drive, but every moment was worth it. One of those trips you should experience at least once. 🇨🇦

Pashtuns of Calgary came together for Pashtun Cultural Night, and it honestly felt like home. Lots of laughter, music, traditional Pashtun food, and Attan. Our community keeps growing in calgary, and nights like these remind us that even when we’re far from home, being around our own people makes it feel close.
