These patterns don’t come from ego or dysfunction.
They come from a mix of wiring (nature) and early survival habits (nurture).
Habits that were necessary in the early years…
…but quietly become blindspots as the business grows.

Three simple questions I invite every Visionary/Integrator duo to ask this week:
1. What are we pretending is “fine” that actually needs a conversation?
2. What could I do differently that would improve our relationship? (Both answer)
3. Are we clear enough on our roles, or are we unintentionally stepping on each other’s toes?

You don’t need a crisis to start this conversation. You just need the courage to name what’s real and a shared commitment to lead together.
