We’re Hiring: Casual / On-Call Cleaner

Lavender Clean Bliss is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented cleaner to join our growing team.

💰 Pay & Benefits:

• $22/hour + 4% vacation pay (paid on every pay cheque)

• Mileage reimbursement for travel between office and client locations, and between client sites

• WCB coverage provided

• Minimum 3 hours’ pay at Alberta minimum wage if called in and shift is cancelled

• Breaks provided according to Alberta Labour Standards

📅 Schedule & Position Details:

Casual / on-call ( 8 to 20 hours per week - not guaranteed hours) depends on booking availability.

Must be available Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

3-month probation period

Flexibility to accept or decline shifts as offered

✅ Requirements:

Minimum 1 year residential or commercial cleaning experience

Own vehicle (must be able to travel between client locations)

• Able to work independently and follow checklists

• Strong attention to detail and professionalism

🧹 Responsibilities:

• Perform detailed cleaning of residential homes and Airbnb properties

• Follow Lavender Clean Bliss standards and checklists

• Communicate promptly about availability and schedule changes
