Fall is my favorite season, the crisp in the air, the warmth of the days and cooler nights, the bright colors, the fresh harvests. It's a time to enjoy, relax and follow the season. Put on a warm coat and get back onto movement and go for a walk and do a relaxation and take a deep breath and embrace the moment.
As the weather change and the temperature drop, it can be a good time to adapt our nutrition as well! Choosing healthy and fresh produces to comfort and nourishing our bodies who are going to balance our hormones, strengthen our immune system and boost our energy as well.
There is so much choices in fall with the fresh carrots, squashes, pumpkins, sweet potatoes, beets all the fresh greens, herbs and the crispy fruits so much to choose from and wonderful comforting recipes to do. With beans and legumes, whole grains, fish and meat. Without forgetting the warmth drinks to go with the lattes, the herbal teas, the turmeric and cinnamon drinks to enjoy!
