Burning Man attendees encountered challenging weather conditions once again on the festival's closing day, this time facing a severe dust storm. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time Burners have experienced difficulties departing the event. Last year, one person was found dead, and 70,000 attendees were left stranded due to a tropical storm during the 2023 Burning Man festival. Read my blog to learn more.

Think back to the last concert or festival you went to. Did you ever pause to think about the reason for the event and who attended it? Did you consider whether the event was eco-friendly?
It's possible that you were too busy enjoying the moment to think about these things. We've invited Leor Rotchild, the author of "How We Gather Matters" to share his insights. He can help us make sure that events are inclusive, eco-friendly, and have a purpose.
