Clinging to any positive experience or good feeling causes deep agitation and suffering, in the same way that rejecting or resisting any negative experience or bad feeling does. It's all the same!
All experience is impermanent. Energy is in constant movement. Make friends with each uncomfortable feeling that passes through. Allow space for comfort and pleasure to be felt, then surrendered. Let it flow through. It'll never stay in place anyway.
Hold your discomfort up close. Hold that pain, that grief, that anger up close. Become intimate with it! Make friends with it and the most beautiful thing happens.
Test it. You'll see! 🙌
