sooooo many new faces around here we thought we’d re-introduce ourselves! We are Lindsay and Jamie and we started SUBSTANCE back when our kids were young and we wanted a flexible job that allowed us to be there for them while still keeping our head in the game. We absolutely love seeing our clients elevating their brands though professional photos - seriously fill our buckets so much!

Now that our kiddos are a bit older we’ve been having some fun with creating more content of our own. We love sharing more about our lives as besties here in Calgary… and hope you’ve been able to send one of our reels to your best friends without any explanation!

October felt like a bit of a gong show, but looking back - there were so many things that filled our bucket! We had amazing shoots with new and returning clients, had lots of Halloween fun + snuck in a trip to Nashville with some of our favorite ladies! ⭐️

SEPTEMBER RECAP /// a LOT happened in September! Got our installed, went on some double dates to supporting amazing causes, made about 140 jars of pickles, and had some amazing shoots sprinkled in between! Grateful for all the good September gave us! 🤍

AUGUST RECAP /// while we weren’t in the same city for much of this month it was sure a special one. We got to enjoy so much family time out of town and then came home to soak up the rest of summer with each other!

STAMPEDE RECAP!! we’re all stampeded out but we had the BEST time! Highlights include first Friday with our girls, .yyc’s party .ca, saw , and we got to meet the prime minster!
