In this Reno, we removed a load bearing wall from beside the stairs and replaced it with a hidden beam in the floor. It took approximately 4 days to get back to drywall. The wall originally had two air returns chased through it which we had to reroute through the attic to their intended locations as well as moving two vacu-flow locations. Another happy customer.

We're in the middle of a major renovation involving removing a bearing wall and replacing it with a hidden beam. Pictures to come.

This past month has been busy with a bathroom renovation in Airdrie Alberta. Major water damage resulted in us gutting the entire bathroom. The damage extended into the hallway where we needed to remove the floor but the walls were able to remain. We are about halfway done the rebuild and will post pictures at the end.
