We're going to say something that most companies in this space won't.
This industry has a trust problem.
We've talked to customers who got prices that jumped 40% after they signed. People who ordered buildings that didn't match the engineering drawings they were given. Buyers who called for help after delivery and couldn't get anyone on the phone.

Not every steel building holds a tractor.

and our Springbank airport hangar project is a great example.
Aircraft hangars are one of the more exacting builds we do - the door spans, the clear height requirements, the wind load calculations at exposed airstrips. Every detail matters when you're protecting something that flies.
Always engineered to the site. Always with drawings ready for the permit office.

We call our customers after delivery. Not to upsell. Just to check in.
Is everything there? Did it arrive in good shape? Any questions about the er****on process? Any contractors you're still trying to source?
We know this isn't standard. Some companies in this industry consider the job done the moment the truck leaves. That's their choice.
Ours is different. We've seen what happens when people are left to figure things out on their own; builds that fall behind schedule, questions that go unanswered, small problems that turn into bigger ones because nobody was in the loop.
Post-delivery support isn't an add-on for us. It's part of why people come back, and part of why they send their friends.

Let's be honest about how this industry works.
A lot of companies will show you a price that looks solid, then slowly reveal what wasn't in it. Engineering drawings? Extra. Freight to your site? Not included. Permit pre-approval support? That's a separate conversation.

Built for the land it sits on.
This one went up in BC - a massive steel facility for Edison Motors designed to handle whatever the seasons throw at it. BC winters. Prairie freeze-thaw. The kind of snow loads that make a standard building shrug and give up.
We engineer for where you actually live, not for some average climate that doesn't exist in Canada.

Before you sign anything, ask these questions. If the answers feel vague, that's your answer.
1. Is freight included in this price, or will it be added later?
2. Do stamped engineering drawings come with the building, or are those extra?
3. What happens if panels arrive damaged β who handles replacements and how fast?
4. Will you help with permit pre-approval, or am I on my own once it ships?
5. Who do I call six months after delivery if I have a question?
These aren't trick questions. They're standard. Any company that's been doing this for years should be able to answer all five without hesitation.
