One of those jobs where every single thing fights you! Not one part of this job went as planned, and that’s just how it goes sometimes! But we got it done and the customer is back up and running.
I don’t like when jobs go this way, but the feeling when you get it all done is worth it 👌
This is what happens to the evaporator coil inside a walk in cooler with vegetables! Needless to say, we replaced the whole evaporator coil 👌

In almost 20 years, I’ve never seen a Carrier heat exchanger crack this bad, the wold pipe is disconnected!
We got a new set of OEM heat exchangers installed, and this unit is now running safely
