Our speaker this Sunday is Claude Pellerin:
“The Unity Theme for March is ‘ABUNDANCE’. Today, we will explore the ABUNDANCE of HIGHER VIBRATIONS. Unity also offers an AFFIRMATION to complement this theme: “The consciousness of prosperity fills my mind and overflows into my affairs”. This affirmation requires meditative reflection, and in this talk we will link it’s meaning to higher energy vibrations. Every human-being is walking on the path to higher energy vibrations. Some people are aware of that, and some are not. To understand this concept, it is useful to have a map showing the way and a narrative describing the distracting features that will show up along the way. This presentation promises to be entertaining and educational.”

Our speaker i this Sunday will be the Rev. Doug Craig:
Enough of everything I want and don’t want already exists. The only question to ask myself is “What do I want?” Once I declare and accept my answers the only thing that blocks my good is that which I carry within myself that basically says NO and/or I am not worth it. Example: If I wanted water flowing from the waterfall would I take a thimble, a cup, a pail, or a huge water truck to fill? Today’s conversation explores some different points regarding the above comments.

Our speaker this Sunday is Rev. Monika Kramer:
“Who hasn’t been hurt by the actions or words of another? What is the one thing that leaves broken relationships? Could it be a lack of forgiveness? If you are pondering these questions yourself, I invite you to take the plunge. It might not be as shocking as jumping into ice-cold water, as Spirit is always loving. Rev. Monika takes you through some thought provoking moves with Freedom as the reward for forgiveness. Join us this Sunday to take the plunge and reap the benefits.”

Our speaker this Sunday is our very own John Burgess:
“I would like to discuss and engage with the group regarding the relationship between two very fundamental teachers in this reality we call home. Experience and our faith. From my actual experiences I would like to demonstrate how these concepts can be more integrated into our lives. How do you go from affirmative prayer to practice, and how do we strengthen the core forces that we all have in prayer to help others, and ourselves.”

Our fear red speaker this Sunday is Rev. Doug Craig - “The depth and impact of prayer on the person praying is rarely discussed. In prayer the focus is always on the person or situation one is praying for. Each has their own way of approaching prayer. Today we explore effective prayer and the impact of prayer on the one praying.”

This Sundays Sharon Carne leads an interactive session on setting intentions!
“When you pray or set intentions, do you have an agenda, or an expectation for a certain outcome?
You are invited to participate in an exploration of agenda-less prayer/intentions and surrender, along with some beautiful sounds to anchor our intentions. Bring your journal and a pen.”

This is your opportunity to join us for our annual White Stone Ceremony! In Jesus’ day, when a person was released from prison, they were given a white stone to represent their new start. This sacred ceremony is meaningful for all as we set the tone for the start of a new year. During the White Stone Ceremony, each of us will be guided into a meditation experience that will lead us into receiving a word or phrase symbolizing a new start for our new year. We are invited to ask for guidance on what our word or words will be for the year that will represent our highest intention. It may even be a name that we hear for this new spiritual identity. You will write the word (s) on your stone and take it home with you, so you can put it in a special place as a reminder every day to be that which you are guided to be.
Join us for this inspiring ceremony and open yourself up to living this new vision fully! The service will be facilitated by Unity of Calgary Prayer Chaplain Alara Payten.
