Somatic therapy is a body-based approach that helps you understand and process stress, emotions, and trauma through what’s happening in your body, not just your thoughts.
When we go through stress, our nervous system can hold onto it in ways we don’t always realize. Somatic therapy helps you gently tune into those physical sensations, build awareness, and learn how to regulate your body in a way that feels safe and supportive.

Supplements and herbs have been used for centuries to support stress, mood, and overall wellbeing 🌿
Research suggests certain plant-based remedies like ashwagandha, chamomile, lavender, and St. John’s wort may help support symptoms of anxiety and depression for some people.
