Barb came to us a few months ago with one clear goal ๐๐ฝ to build muscle and become her strongest self in this season of life.
In her 60s and living an active lifestyle filled with climbing, biking, hiking, and time with her granddaughters, Barb wanted to keep doing what she loves, feeling strong and capable every step of the way. ๐ช๐ฝ
Since starting, sheโs committed to 3 strength-focused workouts each week and has already seen increases in both lean muscle and skeletal muscle. Beyond the physical changes, Barb shares that sheโs sleeping better, waking up with more energy, and feeling ready to take on anything her days bring. ๐
She also prioritizes recovery, attending 2 classes per week to support mobility, flexibility, and overall wellness.

But what initially drew her in was not just the accountability, but the joy she found in the challenging yet enjoyable workouts. Now, Deb thrives on the feeling of getting stronger through her three days a week strength training regimen, complemented by daily walks, dancing, and outdoor adventures like cross-country skiing. ๐ฟ
